Order Processing Time
We strive to ensure your orders are processed swiftly and efficiently. Here’s what you need to know about our processing times to help you estimate when your items will arrive:

• Standard Orders: Expect your order to be ready for dispatch within one business day.
• Custom Printed Orders: Customization takes a bit more time. Depending on the order size, processing can take between three to five working days before we send your personalized drinkware out for delivery.

1. Order Reception: There's a 24-hour window before your order is officially logged into our system.
2. Item Processing: This includes the time we take to prepare your purchased items for shipment.
3. Manufacturing Time: For non-stock items, we factor in the time to produce your product.
4. Custom Printing: If your order includes custom designs, we add the printing time to the overall processing period.
5. Delivery Firm's Shipping Time: Finally, the shipping duration depends on our delivery partner's schedule.

Please note, during our peak holiday season from November 15th to December 25th, processing times may extend to 5-10 working days due to high demand. Additionally, weather conditions, particularly large snowstorms, can further impact delivery times, especially in areas prone to winter weather disruptions.
